Technical Specifications   Basic Booth: Includes 50 word product description, company and contact information, your company's logo linked to your web site address, and up to 5 pages of your company's printed literature. Production requirements: Copy for the company information, contact information, and product description may be submitted by e-mail or fax. Corporate logo must be submitted as a GIF or JPEG file accompanied by your complete web site address. File size should not exceed 234 x 60 pixels and utilize 256 colors. Printed pages can be submitted as Quark or PageMaker files and must include all graphics, fonts, photos, etc. along with a printed version. If your document is not available in any of these formats, we will be able to scan them for a production charge of $15 per page. All material submitted that does not meet our minimum production requirements will be modified and all costs will be invoiced. All prices are net. Submissions placed by advertising agencies will be accepted only at the net rate or may be grossed up.   Optional Booth Enhancements: Video: Available only as an add-on to your company's booth and will include a button that links to the video. Videos are available in 30-second increments up to a running time of 3 minutes. Production requirements: All videos must be submitted on ½" videotape or on CD-ROM. All content must be edited and ready to run. Running time must not exceed 3 minutes. All material submitted that does not meet our minimum production requirements will be modified and all costs will be invoiced. All prices are net.   Software Demo: Available only as an add-on to your company's booth, this special feature allows software publishers to run live demonstrations of their products. Software demos are available in increments of 5 MB. Production requirements: Must be provided as self-running files that will work in Windows 95, Windows 98 and/or Macintosh operating systems. Companies are responsible for all software licensing and proof of such is required.   Corporate Sponsorships   Corporate sponsorships are available to exhibitors only. Sole sponsorships are available for each of the following areas: Structural components, Concrete products, Geotechnical products and services, Architectural components, Roads and highways, Water supply and environmental products services, Computer software and hardware, Literature kiosk, Exhibitor Directory, Registration/Admission area, and Search area.
